Now into its second year in Truro, this family run Italian restaurant is a great choice for lunch or dinner. Owner Maximo aims to provide a fun an lively experience with wonderful service and reasonable price.
The kitcken team of Italian chefs are reproducing the classical and authentic flavours of regional Italy, the menu is laid out with choices of risotto, pasta, steaks, fish and stone baked pizza. There are also classic specials like veal chop with sage and calves liver. Ingredients are sourced from specialist Italian suppliers as well as local fish and meat.
The restaurant is doble fronted, can seat up to 70 diners downtairs, whilst uptairs is a private dining room for up to 35 which is available for lunch meetings, parties and functions.
The wine list is well chosen, spans 30 bins with keenly priced house wines up to top Barolos and small offering from the rest of the world.
Great choice for business lunch guaranteeing a one hour turnaround with two courses including a glass of wine at £7.95; Also offering pre and post theatre menus.
